It starts with personal reflection and establishing a vision about the rest of their life. And it can begin today, not on Day 1 or 366 or 733 after the sale. There are many tools and books out there to guide the individual as one transitions. The hardest part is &quot;fear of the unknown&quot; as your identity and purpose changes. Get started today so that when the exit happens, you are already transitioning.]]></description>
