I recently worked with a service company whose policy it was to return all customer calls within 24 hours. Many of their service reps looked at it as &quot;I don&#039;t have to return my calls until tomorrow&quot;. I wonder how they&#039;d respond if their car battery were dead and the auto club had a policy to call back &quot;tomorrow&quot;.]]></description>
