Jorge Herrera earned his bachelor’s degree in accounting from the Instituto de Estudios Superiores de Tamaulipas (IEST Anáhuac) in 1983 and his CPA license in Mexico in 1985 and in Texas in 1991. He was certified as an Internal Auditor in the United States in 2000.
